Organisation with slack
The team has been using a digital workspace called slack to organise and manage our project. Having used this tool for projects before, I introduced it to the group to keep track of our ideas and have all our information collected in one place.

The structure of our group during our idea's phase was pretty relaxed, with us meeting up in informal teams to work on blog posts and reflections together. During the second phase of our project we are formalising the structure a little in order to delegate tasks and draw up clear roles with responsibilities.
The great thing about slack as a platform is that within our digital workspace we have set up different "channels" of threads which are totally visible to the whole team but where we can work thematically, avoiding loosing conversations and files that we might need quick access to. This also functions as a place to collect information such as youtube links to footage and links to dropbox or drive where we can store film that we make ourselves.
