I did some looking into fount footage cinema and production:

"Found footage" movies are becoming more and more popular throughout the industry. Famous found footage films include The Blair Witch Project," "Paranormal Activity, and "Cloverfield." They show movies but with handheld cameras in the production of the film. They are a great way to scare your audience by not showing the evil thing (or showing it only in brief flashes), and are extremely low-budget, but effective.

I made these super simple meme-style edits that might work among the footage, I can make little comic things too. going to post a few in case its useful
